Integrated to your SalesforceSoftiam provides for each accounts in your Salesforce organisation a list of the top 40 software they use or most likely using. This insight is collected by our servers and integrated directly in your Salesforce account details (as an Account custom object) every 24h. A Softiam subscription is defined by its subscription type. The subscription type is an integer that defined the total number of accounts the Application is covering. For example, the Softiam100K package will provide Tiamat-ai Insight (i.e. list of software names) for up to 100K Accounts. The â100Kâ is the Account allowance for the selected subscription type.
