Service Delivery Conditions

The use of “we”, or “our” refers to Tiamat.ai.
The Service refers to the enrichment of the data set submitted on the Product page of the Tiamat.ai website.
The Requester is the individual or entity submitting a dataset using the Product page of Tiamat.ai.
The Requester is characterised by characterised by having access to the email address provided during the submission of their dataset on the Product page of Tiamat.ai.

Tiamat.ia does not commit to a specific delivery time frame for quote request. The Requester will receive an lead time estimate, but this estimate may vary and does not contractually biding Tiamat.ai to deliver within this period, as per this Condition of Service Delivery.
Tiamat.ia shall deliver data quoted within 24h the payment has been made. If Tiamat.ai fails to comply to this requirement, the Service will be provided but will not be charged.
The data provided by the Service will be accessible by the Requester for a period of 6 days from the request date and time.
Tiamat.ai does not offer guaranty on the accuracy of the data it delivers. Data provided by the Service remains a prediction defined by publicly available information. Tiamat.ai engine relies on web scraping information, AI and machine learning models. For these reasons, you should not rely on the factual accuracy of output from our engine.
Tiamat.ai does not reimburse if the dataset provided by the Service is evaluated by the Requester as being non satisfactory.
Tiamat.ai, will not charged for data that has not been enriched. This will be factored in and stipulated in the quote calculation.
If the Requester wants to access the data enriched from the Service, the payment of the quote must be made in full.
Tiamat.ai is not responsible for the use of the data provided by its Service.

Failing to comply with the following data submission criteria, Tiamat.ia reserves the right to cancel its Service at any time:

the data uploaded to Tiamat.ia must not contain inappropriate nor offensive content.
the data uploaded must not attempt to breach or compromise Tiamat.ai infrastructure.
repetitive requests followed by non-payment of the Service with be considered as a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack against Tiamat.ia infrastructure.
